Cousins, cars, and trains!

We drove up for a quick visit with Rob's parents (as well as his sister and her family who were also visiting there). The kids had so much fun playing with toys and cousins.

Grandad has so many fun toys! He has several cars that the kids enjoyed riding on in the fun backyard. We spent the afternoon back there letting the kids play and then had dinner back there too.

We went for a walk to the lake where the kids got to feed the ducks.

Grandad is into trains now, and the kids all got at least one turn running one on the track.

The next day we went for a drive to see some bigger trains. The kids all had a blast riding the little train just their size.

The Merry-go-round was a hit, until the operator could not get it going. We took the little girls
back later for a ride, but the big kids were happy to move up to real rides!

After a quick stop for pizza we were off to the Mission museum at a winery. Since we had studied some of the missions this past school year this was a great stop for the kids. I think the donkeys were the big hit though!

On our way home we stopped at a toy store that Grandma recommended.

For dinner we went to Elephant Bar which was a treat for me and Miss E!
